Zach Anderson │ Buffalo │ Maryland Redbirds '07
Drafted: 2009 (Round 29, Overall Pick 880), Toronto Blue Jays
Current team: Auburn Doubledays
Anderson posted solid numbers in his second season for the Auburn Doubledays in 2010, going 3-1, 3.27 with two saves in 26 relief appearances. Anderson struck out 27 batters in 33 innings, allowing 16 runs (12 earned) on 34 hits and 18 walks with just one home run.
Anderson made 16 relief appearances for the Auburn Doubledays of the New York-Penn League in his professional debut in 2009, going 0-1, 5.30 with 14 strikeouts in 18.2 innings. He allowed 13 runs on 24 hits and nine walks.

Knight went 42-for-187 (.225) in 54 games in his professional debut for the Aberdeen IronBirds in 2010. He collected four doubles and a triple, drove in 17 runs and scored 15. He walked 12 times to 35 strikeouts and stole three bases in eight attempts.
Zach Moore │ Dundalk (MD) CC │ Youse's Orioles '08
Drafted: 2008 (Round 24, Overall Pick 718), Florida Marlins
Current team: Aberdeen IronBirds
Moore was picked up by the Baltimore Orioles after being released by the Florida Marlins, and was assigned to the Aberdeen IronBirds of the short-season New York-Penn League. There he collected ten hits in 54 at-bats, including a double and a home run. He drove in five runs and scored nine and was successful on three of five stolen-base attempts.
Moore spent the 2009 season with the Jamestown Jammers of the New York-Penn League, where he went 21-for-101 in 39 games, with six doubles and a triple. Moore drove in eight runs and scored 16 on eight walks. He swiped six bases in nine attempts.
Moore began the summer of 2008 in the Cal Ripken, Sr. League but finished with the Rookie-Level Gulf Coast League Marlins after signing a professional contract in June. Moore hit .284/.358/.326 with 27 hits, including four doubles, 12 RBI, and 13 runs scored. He also walked 11 times and stole seven bases.

After struggling out of the gate in 2009, Orloff made tremendous strides as a professional in 2010. He hit .307/.405/.324 for the Tri-City ValleyCats en route to a spot on the New York-Penn League Mid-Season All-Star Team. Orloff collected 73 hits, including four doubles. He drove in 16 runs and scored 52, a product of the fact that he reached base better than four times out of ten. Orloff walked 34 times to just 19 strikeouts and stole 23 bases in 28 attempts. He finished the season with two hits in each of his final four games and hits in seven of his last eight. Orloff hit .323 in July and reached base at a .411 clip that month.
Orloff split time between the Tri-City Valley Cats of the New York-Penn League and the Greeneville Astros of the Appalachian League to begin his professional career in 2009. Between the two teams, Orloff collected 16 hits in 97 at-bats, including three doubles. He drove in 13 runs and scored 16 in 2009, and walked eight times to 11 strikeouts. The shortstop was successful in all six of his stolen base attempts.

Permison had a strong debut with the Auburn Doubledays after being drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2010. He went 1-1, 2.31 with seven saves in 27 relief appearances. Permison struck out 59 batters in just 39 innings, and he allowed 15 runs (ten earned) on 23 hits and 19 walks. New York-Penn League opponents hit just .164 off of him.
Eric Roof │ Michigan State │ Bethesda Big Train '07

Current team: Connecticut Tigers
Roof spent time with both the West Michigan Whitecaps of the Midwest League and the Connecticut Tigers of the New York-Penn League in 2010. His numbers were nearly identical for both, and he combined to hit .233/.303/.331 with 57 hits, including 14 doubles, two triples, and two home runs, both of which were hit for Connecticut. He drove in 30 runs and scored 18. Roof walked 22 times to 71 strikeouts.
Roof began his professional career with the Oneonta Tigers of the New York-Penn League in 2009, going 27-for-127 with three doubles and two home runs. He drove in 13 runs and scored nine. Roof walked 13 times while striking out 35.
Nick Schwaner │ New Orleans │ Youse's Orioles '07
Drafted: 2010 (Round 30, Overall Pick 911), Tampa Bay Rays

Schwaner hit the ground rolling after being drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 2010 MLB Draft. After reporting to the Hudson Valley Renegades of the New York-Penn League, Schwaner hit .280/.323/.425 in 68 games. The best offensive player on the team, he collected a team-high 75 hits, including 16 doubles, a triple, and a team-high seven home runs. Schwaner drove in 53 runs (most on the team by 17) and scored a team-high 36. He also stole 14 bases (most on the team) in 19 attempts. He walked 19 times to 57 strikeouts, and was Player of the Week in the New York-Penn League the week of July 12.

Squatrito’s professional debut numbers in 2009 resembled his career stats in the Ripken League. He went 4-1, 1.37 with a save in 20 games out of the bullpen for the Batavia Muckdogs of the New York-Penn League, and struck out 35 batters in 26.1 innings while walking just six. Squatrito allowed four earned runs on 21 hits and held opposing hitters to a .219 batting average. He did not allow an earned run in any of his final eight appearances in 2009.

The last Ripken League alumni drafted in 2010, Wright made five appearances after signing with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010 and reporting to the Batavia Muckdogs of the New York-Penn League. He did not allow a run in 7.2 innings and struck out ten batters. He allowed just three hits and two walks. Wright also collected one save. Opponents hit just .120 off of him.
