The 2008 NCAA Baseball Championships are here! In the Division III College World Series, Ripken, Sr. League alumni Rob Pietroforte (Maryland Redbirds 2006-2007), Joe Zaccaria (Maryland Redbirds 2006), and Nick Venezia (Maryland Redbirds 2005) and the Johns Hopkins University Blue Jays broke up Trinity (Conn.) College's (45-1) attempt at a perfect season, but fell short in the Championship game. Johns Hopkins (42-8) finished #2 overall in the nation for Division III.
