Catcher Beau Taylor (Central Florida/Herndon Braves 2009) has been named to the watch list for the 2010 Coleman Company Johnny Bench Award Watch List delivered by Papa John's Pizza. The Award is given annually to college baseball's top catcher by the Greater Wichita Sports Association.

Taylor hit .271/.328/.383 with three doubles and three home runs, 16 RBI and 10 runs scored for the Herndon Braves in 2009.

The watch list will be narrowed to ten semifinalists in mid-May. The finalists will be announced on June 2, with the Award presented to the winner on July 1 at the 13th Annual Greater Wichita Sports Banquet.
